1. Products Covered by This Agreement

This agreement applies only to software, downloadable tools, or other digital materials explicitly identified as being licensed under this EULA (Licensed Product).

If no product is expressly offered under this agreement, this EULA does not create a product license. General website use is addressed in our Terms of Use.

This agreement does not license third-party casino games, game artwork, trademarks, or services merely discussed or linked to on our website.

2. Acceptance

The Licensed Product must be supplied through a process that presents this agreement and requests your acceptance before use. If you do not agree, do not accept the license or use the Licensed Product.

3. License Grant

Unless the applicable license, written permission, or law permits otherwise, you must not:

• Sell, sublicense, or redistribute the Licensed Product beyond the permitted license scope.
• Remove copyright notices or misrepresent ownership.
• Bypass license controls or gain unauthorized access to systems.
• Use the Licensed Product to introduce malicious code or interfere with services.
• Use the Licensed Product for unlawful activities or to infringe another person’s rights.

These restrictions do not override statutory exceptions, mandatory rights, or permissions granted by an applicable third-party license.

5. Informational Purpose and Gambling Risks

9. Privacy and Product Data

Information about personal data handling is provided in our Privacy Policy and any product-specific privacy notice.

Accepting this EULA does not replace any separate consent required for optional tracking or other processing.

10. Warranties

Except for express commitments supplied with the Licensed Product and rights required by applicable law, the Licensed Product is provided on an as available basis.

We do not promise uninterrupted operation, compatibility with every system, or particular financial outcomes.

Nothing in this agreement excludes mandatory warranties, statutory guarantees, or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.

11. Responsibility and Liability

You are responsible for using the Licensed Product within its documented purpose and maintaining appropriate backups of information under your control.

The parties’ liability remains subject to applicable law. This agreement does not exclude liability for fraud or any other matter where exclusion is prohibited.

12. Ending the License

You may stop using the Licensed Product at any time. Any cancellation of charges or subscriptions must follow the disclosed cancellation process.

The licensor may terminate a license for a material breach, subject to applicable notice requirements and any required opportunity to remedy the breach.

When a license ends, discontinue uses that depended on it and remove copies where required by the applicable license conditions. Rights under separate licenses and mandatory law remain unaffected.

Termination does not automatically remove an entitlement to refunds or other remedies under applicable law.

13. Changes to This Agreement

Revised terms will identify their effective date. Material changes affecting an existing license will be communicated appropriately, with renewed acceptance requested where required.

Publishing a revised page does not, by itself, establish your acceptance of new obligations.

14. Governing Law and Disputes

Any stated arrangements remain subject to mandatory consumer protections and rights to bring complaints or proceedings that cannot lawfully be restricted.
